Creation of a protein line of lactose-free fresh cheeses Unagrande. And Rbili cottage cheese in the line of Caucasian cheeses UMALAT.

Completion of a large-scale reconstruction of the Unagrande Company production site. Opening of a cream cheese workshop, increasing capacity.

Re-styling of the Caucasian line of cheeses UMALAT with images of works by the Georgian artist N. Pirosmani. The birth of new brands: Balkan cheeses Velika Branza, Greek cheeses - Klassikos and Russian butter Maslo-Maslo.

Rebranding.The Umalat plant becomes the production holding of the Unagrande Company. Increase in production volume up to 15,000 tons.

The company produces more than 55 SKU under the brands of Italian cheeses Unagrande, Pretto, and Caucasian cheese product line Umalat. The company increased production 2.5 times.

Foundation of the Pretto brand within the Italian cheese product line to produce mozzarella, ricotta, and mascarpone cheeses with classic recipes at affordable prices.

Foundation of the Unagrande  brand, the launch of a new product line – Italian cheeses. The white package of the product is connected with the freshness and pureness of the product. The heart in the logo is done in the national colors of Italy.

2003

The plant was acquired by Aleksey Martynenko, founder and owner of the company. Foundation of the Umalat brand. Start of production of fresh brined cheeses: bryndza cheese, sulguni, Circassian cheese.
